Where do you ship to?
While we hope to go international in the future, Nine2Seven Designs currently only ships throughout the United States.
How should I care for my jewelry?
All Nine2Seven Designs pieces are made from a mixture of gold plated and gold filled materials unless otherwise stated in the product description. It is our goal to maintain the highest quality at affordable prices. To enhance the longevity of your jewelry, remove before showering and when sweating and avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions, and chemicals.
Can you make my necklace a different length?
All necklaces and bracelets come with a 2 inch extension chain to wear at various lengths. If you would like to request a shorter or longer length, email immediately after placing your order at nine2sevendesigns@gmail.com!
My jewelry broke... what should I do?
Hopefully this never happens, but in the event of a damaged item. please fill out our contact form. On a case by case basis, we will either offer free repair or replacement.
